Owners Stefan & Jennelle

As owners, Stefan and Jennelle have made a choice to live as leaders and artists. It is their goal to set the example in professionalism and technical excellence. They know that how they personally live their lives will inspire their team and direct their salon. They created an environment for their stylists to learn from and be part of the best. Living out their dream is clearly portrayed throughout their business and in all of their efforts to give thanks in their industry and community. It has been stated that you receive only as much as you give, that being said Jennelle and Stefan Reisch give on so many levels starting with their employees that this is directly effecting their steadfast and positive growth in business.

Jennelle – Master Stylist / Owner

Jennelle is co-owner and stylist at Belli Belli. She delivers extensive experience in cutting, coloring, texturizing, and styling to a multitude of unswayable followers. Jennelle believes hair has a personality and memory. Her blondes are perfect, her reds are lively, and her brunettes sparkle. “Color is crucial in reflection and attitude”-Jennelle Reisch.

Jennelle spent her formative hairstyling years in ultra-urban San Francisco, saturated in funk and style. She honed her skills before moving home to San Diego where she worked at A Robert Cromean’s Salon. There she sharpened her professionalism, determination, and work ethic. Jennelle then worked at Model Call for four years, where she blossomed as an established stylist. Jennelle continues to refine her skills with course work, Vidal Sassoon techniques, and classes. She uses Loreal, Redken, and Paul Mitchell color lines for their unique strengths. Jennelle’s expertise is in coloring, cutting, and multi-textured styling.

In her free time, Jennelle loves to sunbathe with her family, go on walks, read, read, read, and hang out with her sisters and their growing families. “It is an amazing feeling to have created a home away from home at Belli Belli where I am excited to spoil my clients and guide my staff daily as a proud owner”-Jennelle Reisch

Stefan – Stylist / Owner

Stefan is co-owner and stylist at Belli Belli. Stefan can be found smiling with his clients as they relax, enjoying his technical skills and amazing hospitality. “Making someone feel and look beautiful makes my day more enriching”-Stefan Reisch

Stefan apprenticed at Belli Belli learning from the highest educational standards in technique such as: Vidal Sassoon cutting, avant-garde color application, and style savvy Kerastase refining. His knowledge for the industry is multifaceted coming from a traditional college education with an advanced degree and experience in hospitality and management. He possesses an organic approach to his client satisfaction through his journey in the business world relating to the public with magnetic charisma. As Stefan utilizes both his previous education to run a successful business and his technical skill to fulfill a creative passion he lives his truth.

You can find Stefan surfing, cooking and enjoying his family time with his wife and kids.
